To be admitted into the MCM Electronics Affiliate Program, we ask that applicants meet the following requirements:
No Personal Home Pages
Minimum of 250 Site Visitors/Month
Strong Preference to the Following Categories of Affiliates:

MCM Electronics will not accept any affiliates whose web sites promote, link to and/or engage in any of the following:
Pornography, obscene or offensive contact
Violence or hate-oriented speech
Libel or defamation
Illegal substances
Unsolicited commercial e-mail (Spam) or trademark infringement
Or any other type of misleading, fraudulent or illegal activity.
Revenue
MCM Electronics offers some of the most competitive commissions in the industry, with commissions ranging 5 to 7 percent. You'll make commission every time someone places a qualified sale from your site, and the higher your sales, the higher your commission level. Provided below is our commission structure.
5% commission on monthly sales up to $25,000
6% commission on monthly sales between $25,001 and $50,000
7% commission on monthly sales over $50,001

Joining the Program
MCM Electronics has made it fast and easy for you to apply to our affiliate program. We've partnered with DoubleClick Performics, so you can quickly join our program, and have convenient access to reporting and creative, including banners and text links.
Please review the Affiliate Agreement and complete the Affiliate Application, under Join Now. You will receive notice if your application has been approved. All affiliate applications must be completed in their entirety. If the information provided through the application is not accurate, consistent, or complete --- including full contact information --- we will be unable to approve the application.

Who is DoubleClick Performics?
MCMelectronics.com uses DoubleClick Performics as our Affiliate Service Provider. DoubleClick Performics provides MCMelectronics.com affiliates with one simple interface to track all their sales, impressions, click-throughs and commissions. Access to site information is password protected. DoubleClick Performics and MCMelectronics.com do not collect or track any customer information that may be sensitive, such as credit card numbers or private data.

How does the MCMelectronics.com Affiliate Program work?
We provide you with professionally designed banners and a set of useful text links on our website. We also provide you access to archived banners and information for a wide selection of items to place on your site. In addition, you can generate specific text links to anything on MCMelectronics.com, any time you want. Place these banners and/or text links on your Web site to let your visitors know about our products. When your visitors follow the links and banners to our site and then complete a qualifying purchase, your account is credited with a commission. You do need a MCMelectronics.com affiliate account to access banners and text links.

Is my website eligible?
We review each application carefully and determine eligibility at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject or remove sites at any time, for any reason. To learn more about the criteria we use in evaluating potential affiliates, please read the affiliate agreement located here.

How much can I earn?
Commissions are paid on each conversion defined by MCM Electronics. The scale can vary, but is currently set to 5% of monthly net sales.

My site isn’t live yet. Can I still be an affiliate?
If you submit an application for a site we can't access or is currently under construction, you will probably get a rejection email. However, if you can let us know ahead of time what your plans are for the site, or let us see a 'beta' version of your site, we may be able to pre-approve your application.

How long does it take for a sale to be recorded?
Using DoubleClick Performics' Web-based technology, you can track the sales you are earning in real-time. However, a sale will not be confirmed and eligible for commission until approximately 30 business days from the time it was delivered. This process will allow us to address (1) fraudulent orders, (2) customer cancellations, (3) credit card denials, and (4) customer discounts.

How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on monthly net sales, and do not include returns, sales tax or shipping and handling.
DoubleClick Performics manages payment of commissions or bounties on behalf of MCM Electronics. Payments are made bi-monthly after DoubleClick Performics has received payment and the partner/affiliate has earned at least $50.00 in commissions in relation to funds received. This policy allows DoubleClick Performics to pay commissions in a faster and more efficient manner.

How do I keep track of my sales and commissions?
Using the DoubleClick Performics interface, you can access daily reports that provide information on impressions, click-through, orders, sales and commissions earned.

What kinds of links are available to use for my website?
Once approved as an affiliate, you'll have access to a variety of links to feature on your website. The types of links include multiple sizes of banners and buttons, text links to department, category and item pages, as well as Dynamic Rich Media links.

How do I join?
Here are the steps to follow to become a member:
1. Join DoubleClick Performics. (If you are a DoubleClick Performics member, add us to your merchant list.)
2. Sign up for an affiliate account at MCMElectronics.com. You will need your DoubleClick Performics ID to do this.

I lost my password, where can I retrieve it?
Simply send an email to MCMelectronics@DoubleClick Performics.com stating that you have lost your password. You will receive a new, randomly-generated password within 1-2 business days that you can use to login to the DoubleClick Performics interface to access your MCM Electronics account information.

How many products can I display on my site?
You may display as many products as you like, however, you may not attempt to duplicate our site in any way.

My website is outside the US, can I still join?
No. At this time, MCM Electronics ships online orders only to addresses within the 50 United States, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. Your visitors may place international orders via our print catalog, but we are currently unable to track these transactions through our Affiliate Partner Program.

Can I take orders on my site?
No. Our frequent product updates, promotional price changes and in-stock availability verification are all part of our integrated shopping environment. In order to ensure product availability tracking, reporting and superior customer service, we must host the transaction. We take care of the order, customer service and fulfillment so you can focus on your website and traffic development.

What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. If a product is returned in exchange for new merchandise, or if goods are lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer, your commissions will not be affected.
